Who do you ship through?

All orders are shipped via the USPS first class mail.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by the combined weight of the items you have purchased.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time usually takes about 4-5 business days to the United States, 1-2 weeks to Canada, and can take up to 3-6 weeks for all other international countries.

Do you offer combined shipping on separate orders?

We no longer offer our "COMBINE" free shipping code to remove shipping charges on multiple orders.  We will be automatically combining orders placed around the same time (like a DIY kit and separate supply order placed during one of our restocks) and we will refund any shipping overages after your order has been packaged to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship to most countries around the world! International shipping is calculated by weight.  Please be aware that many countries charge customs fees and import taxes on purchases over a certain dollar amount.  We are not able to calculate these charges ahead and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any country specific fees that may be charged at the time of package pickup. You can Google "customs & import fees for ....." and find information specific to the country that you live in.  Canadian customers can find info HERE.  UK customers can find info HERE. By law it is illegal for us to mark a package as a "gift" to avoid customs fees and we will not do so by request.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on finished gnomes, but if you have any issues with your new gnome, you can contact us here!

We DO accept returns on supply orders and DIY kits. Due to the time sensitive nature of our holiday/seasonal themed DIY kits and many supplies, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package and the package must be delivered back to our warehouse within 7 business days to receive your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To request a return, please contact us here.  Make sure you include your order # in your message.
